Quick, easy, healthy, filling, deliciousness – can’t get any better than this!
1 can chickpeas
1 garlic clove
~1 tbsp olive oil
1. Rinse and drain chickpeas.
2. In a blender, blend garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, dashes of spices, and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, paprika (and optional salt).
Be creative and use any more other spices you like!
