Because it’s baking seasonnnn~
5oz / 1 stick + 1tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
7oz bittersweet chocolate chips
dash of vanilla extract
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
dash of salt
1. Melt chocolate chips – stir every 15secs, up to 2mins.
2. Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Then stir in vanilla (and a bit of coffee).
3. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold this into wet mixture.
350F for 40mins.
– This was done in a conventional oven! Preheat for 10mins, then into oven. Check after half an hour to see if it’s done baking.
