1 cup (all-purpose) flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
dash of red crushed pepper
2/3 cup (sweetened soy) milk
1 tbsp (canola) oil
Maple Syrup (optional)
- Combine flour, powder, salt, pepper. Add in milk, beaten egg, oil, and mix well. Then add in spam, corn, cheese, and mix well.
- In an oiled pan under medium heat, pour a portion of batter. Cook on each side for ~2 mins. Serve with syrup (optional).
Prep Time: 15 mins, 4 pancakes.
