Philz Iced Mint Mojito

I have to thank my boyfriend for suggesting us to visit Philz Coffee before we headed home from DC. I usually avoid hypes, and this was one of them. To my surprise, it was so good. I had to recreate it and make it at home. These are one of the moments where I miss being a barista.

1 full spring of mint

2 tsp raw sugar

double shot of espresso

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 cup ice

In a cup, bruise the mint and sugar with a spoon. Fill the cup with ice. Pour in espresso, or strong coffee. Froth cream and pour on top.
