Tater Tots


Happy Leap Day!

(rice) flour
dash of milk
olive oil
white pepper (or salt and black pepper)
(Spices: garlic powder, basil, cayenne pepper)

1. Bake potato at 375 for 20mins. Allow to cool down in refridgerator.
2. Peel potato skin off and dice/mash the potato. Mash in the flour, milk, oil, and spices (and cheese).
3. Form batter into tater top shapes and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 30mins, broil for 15mins or until golden brown.

– Add enough flour, milk or an egg to make batter easier to form into a tater tot shape.

You can also fry tots in oil for 2-3 mins per side until golden brown instead.
