1. Scrub yam clean with towel. Slice into disks as thin as possible, using a knife or mandoline.
2. Soak in water for 2hrs, rinsing out the water and adding new water half way through. Dry off excess water from yam with a towel.
3. Under medium high heat, fry yam in oil for ~5mins per side or until golden brown. Drain as much excess oil from chips on a paper towel to keep them crispy. Season with spices and munch!
