Having a late dinner tonight because I got too caught up on work. Here’ to something quick, easy, yummy, filling, and a tad healthy 🙂


ripe yellow plantain(s)
gic/onion powder


1. Chop off ends of plantain, then slice the skin vertically through the middle to unpeel. Slice plantain diagonally in pieces and rinse with water.
2. Under medium-high, heat skillet with 1-in oil. Caramelize plantains for 3mins per side. Sprinkle plantains with salt and garlic powder.
