A classic noodle dish in my kitchen, served with boiled dumplings and vegetables. Dinner ready in half an hour! 😉
1. Sauce: Mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, pepper, and chili.
2. Boil noodles until al dente. Rinse and drain noodles, leaving a layer of water at the bottom (depending on how thick or thin you want the sauce to be). Stir in the sauce and once it comes back to a simmer, turn off heat. Garnish with sesame seeds.
