1 tsp baking soda
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup (light) brown sugar
dash of vanilla extract
~4 handfuls (semi-sweet) chocolate chips
- In a small bowl, combine oats and baking soda.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric beater. Fold in the dry mixture. Then fold in chocolate chips.
