Walnut-ed Chicken

A healthy twist on your typical breaded, fried chicken 😀 Although I must confess that I totally dislike walnuts, the juiciness of the chicken made up for the taste. Inspiration that I came across while reading into the “Paleo diet.” Here I am, virtually supporting my sister, who is on this diet 🙂

Ingredients

chicken breast
(crushed) walnuts
honey
lemon

Directions

  1. (Crush walnuts). In a bowl, mix honey and lemon together.
  2. Pat chicken dry with a towel. Dip chicken in liquid mixture and press walnuts into chicken.

350 F, Prep Time: 10 mins.

Note

Bake time for a small piece, as shown, is 20 mins.
