Other: potatoes, carrots
- Chop onions, garlic, (potatoes, carrots) into small pieces.
- In an oiled pot, (cook potatoes, carrots and) caramelized onion and garlic for 2-3 mins. Then add quinoa to toast for 2 mins. Add curry paste and broth. Cover pot and simmer for 15 mins.
Prep Time: 10 mins, Cook Time: 15 mins.
