Just an idea that sprouted from leftovers.
crepe (or bread, tortilla wrap)
(shredded) mozzarella cheese
- On a crepe, spread guacamole. Then, scatter spinach and kale (use hands to roughly tear into smaller pieces) on top. In a toaster oven, under 350F, cook for ~3mins.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of crepe and cook in toaster oven for ~2-3mins.
